Some people want the flexibility to work out on their own with expert support in the background, while others prefer the structure and motivation of regular, in-person coaching. That’s why we offer two options—Hybrid and In-Person Personal Training—so you can choose what feels right for you.

Hello future trainees. I am a 74 year old male in pretty good general health, and would like to stay that way. My doctor recommended resistance training to keep up my muscle mass (which declines sharply after age 65 or so). Here's where Nathan comes into the picture. I have been working with him for more than a year now. I have found him to be very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Exercise training is not my field. I know just enough about it to be truly incompetent so Nathan's supervision has been extremely helpful. This is only the 2nd review I've ever written about anything so I do take it very seriously.

Nathan is such an awesome trainer. I started working with him about six months ago when re-starting my fitness journey and I've seen some great results -- better posture, more energy throughout the day and no more back/joint pain.
